Rick has twenty-five years of experience in training and coaching. His background as a Mental Health Counselor gives him tremendous insight into how to motivate and inspire people using positive reinforcement. He has built and sold two successful businesses in the past 25 years as well, so he understands the challenges of leadership and management from practical experience.
Rick was a certified trainer for Zenger Miller, Zig Ziglar Education Systems, and Ken Blanchard courses. He also studied improvisational comedy for a year. He is a Senior Instructor for The Leader’s Institute®.

Bill’s experience in management and education has helped establish him as a credible teacher in communication, sales training, customer service, and people skills courses.
Bill has 25 years of executive leadership and teaching experience. He began his career by working his way up through the ranks of a wholesale tire business selling to major retailers and eventually becoming president and co-owner of the company. After selling the company, he found a new passion – Teaching. He spent six years teaching history and economics to High School age kids before becoming a professional speaker in adult education.

With B.A. degrees in Business and Theology, and a Masters in Counseling, Craig’s areas of specialty throughout his academic career have been in psychology and building positive relationships, whether in a business, family, or community setting. His professional career has focused on customer service, leadership training, and professional mediation. He has worked in quality control for a Fortune 25 company, residential real estate, and has served as a pastor and denomination executive. Having overseen multiple boards and staffs, Craig’s passion for effective communication and dynamic leadership has led to numerous successful churches, community events and marketing campaigns.
Additionally, he has over 25 years of public speaking experience and was certified as a trainer for Fred Pryor/CareerTrack. Craig is requested often for motivational coaching, personal growth counseling, and guest lectures.
