Rick HighsmithRick Highsmith is a Regional Vice President for The Leader’s Institute® and has been a speaker and trainer since 1980. His educational background and experience give him credibility when he presents, but his wit and enthusiasm are what have made him a sought-after speaker for many years.
Rick built two successful businesses, in two different industries, from the ground up and eventually sold each of these business. His years as an entrepreneur give him incredible insight to the nuts and bolts challenges that managers and leaders face every day. His new book, Squish Creativity like a Bug is a tongue-in-cheek account of many of the funny challenges that we sometimes create for ourselves as managers.
