Indoor Team Activities

Just about all of our events and activities can be conducted either indoors or outdoors, but some of our programs are specifically designed for indoor venues. Is the purpose of your meeting primarily for “Behavior Change” or are you looking for an event that is a “Shared Experience”?

Behavior Change Team Events — One of the major types of programs are those that are designed to create a behavior change of some type. These workshops are best for groups who are having challenges that the group leader wants to overcome and is looking for help getting to the next level of teamwork. Shared Experience Activities — Shared Experience programs are those that are primarily designed for groups to have fun and create a memorable experience that really builds camaraderie among coworkers. These events can even more impact when they have charity or philanthropic outcomes as well. For smaller groups, shared experience events or outings are pretty easy, and no real facilitation skills are needed. For example, if you only have six people, then the leader could just take the whole group out for pizza and bowling. However, as the participant size gets bigger, it becomes very complicated to conduct activities where the whole group is active and involved and everyone has the same memorable experience.
