A Team Building Retreat that has a balance between interactive skill building sessions and high energy indoor/outdoor sessions! Our instructors facilitate an all-inclusive team building retreat complete with food, overnight stay, classroom training, and fun bicycle building event for charity.

Below are some of the team building activities that are facilitated by certified Leader's Institute^® team building experts.

The Build-A-Bike Team Building Workshop^® and charity event is a brainy, challenging, program where your group is divided into teams to solve specific challenges in order to build bicycles for young children from either Big Brothers, Big Sisters or the Boys and Girls Club in your local area!

This is the original bicycle team building event! Each team has puzzles to solve, codes to decipher, and secrets to unlock in order to acquire the resources that they need (part by part) to build a bicycle.

Challenges are discovered along the way that must be overcome in order to accomplish their goal. The ultimate conclusion to the event is the understanding that, each component of a team (company) is interdependant and can't work siloed from the other components of the team. When we work together, we acomplish more -- faster!

During your half-day or full-day event, you'll engage both your minds and your bodies in solving the puzzles of teamwork.

We'll cover ways to:

• Indoor interactive classroom breakout sessions focusing on communication, co flict resolution, creating a team culture, and building strong, confident leaders throughout your organization.
• Brainstorm.
• Problem-solve.
• Communicate better as a team.
• Identify strengths of individual team members.
• Collaborate better as a team.
• Realize that departments and individuals within a company can't act independently of their coworkers. When the team works together, they accomplish a lot more.
• And have tons of fun in the process.

Tuition for this program includes all materials, bicycles, and helmets for each kids. Additional charges may apply for travel outside the US. Shorter versions can be tailored for annual meetings and conventions.
