Much more than a common scavenger hunt the
Camaraderie Quest is a brainy, challenging,
high-tech adventure tied specifically to
a combination of...
- The history of the area you choose so you
get aspects of a walking tour,
- The history and culture of your company,
so every adventure is customized to your
particular company,
- And the individual participants in your team,
so participants get to know each other even
better on a personal level!
- A philanthropic twist at the end! Items collected
on the hunt are donated to the Angel Tree
programs to benefit a child whose parent
is incarcerated, or, for a more patriotic
twist, gift bags can be created for the soldiers
in Iraq.
Every event is a custom adventure designed
specifically for your
group. To finish your quest, your team will have to
solve puzzles, decipher
codes, and work cohesively
as a team in a fun and
high energy way.
|
During your half-day journey with us, you'll engage both your minds and your
bodies in solving the puzzles of teamwork.
A sample agenda is below:
Indoor interactive classroom breakout sessions
focusing on communication, co flict resolution,
creating a team culture, and building strong,
confident leaders throughout your organization.
- High Energy Ice Breaker that divides your
team into small groups and explains the ground
rules.
- Exercise: How well do you know your coworkers?
- This is a high energy competition to find
out who knows the most about his/her coworkers
and to find out more about each person. It's
engaging and hilarious at the same time.
- High Tech Tools: Each team is given a toolbox
with a digital camera,
video camera, and
a smart phone to access
the clues and challenges.
The groups access a series of clues and challenges
via their personal smart phone. Challenges
are related to their own company, the history
of the location in which the event is being
held, and the area around them. It's like
a combination of a race*, a walking tour, and a crossword puzzle.
It's fun, high energy, and challenging (but
everyone comes together at the end).
- Debrief and Application Discussion: At the
end of the event, the groups unite to view
videos and slideshows of the event, and the
final scores are revealed. The company receives
a DVD of the event to re-live the fun for
posterity!
* All activities in this
event are low impact,
so it is suitable for all
physical abilities.

| Philanthropic Twist |
 |
|
Kid Quest: Items collected in the hunt are placed in
gift bags and donated to Big Brothers/Big
Sisters or a similar charity. This twist
at the end leaves your group with a warm
feeling that they were able to help a young
person.
Hero Quest: Items collected in this hunt are placed into
gift bags and donated to the USO or other
charity to benefit soldiers who are deployed
overseas. This patriotic twist is a great
way to give back to those men and woman fighting
for our freedom.
Tuition for this program is based on the
group size and number of facilitators needed.
An additional charge may apply for travel
outside the Continental United States.
