Below are some of the team building activities that are facilitated by certified Leader's Institute^® team building experts.

Effective Mix of Classroom and Outdoor Training

Camaraderie or entertainment style team programs are usually short-lived, and classroom programs may not have the energy you desire, but this program is an effective balance of fun and high energy outdoor training combined with behavior changing classroom training to get unprecedented results.

Below is a sample agenda:

Day 1 Morning:

- Continental Breakfast -

• 7 Ways to Build Trust/Respect with your Team
• Communicate & Listen to Coworkers & Clients
• Be Persuasive & Gain "Buy-In" from Coworkers
• 7 Ways to Avoid and Resolve Conflicts

- Lunch Together Southern Style -

Day 1 Afternoon:

• Exercise: How well do you know your coworkers? - This is a high energy competition to find out who knows the most about his/her coworkers and to find out more about each person. It's fun and hilarious at the same time.
• Outdoor Exercise: The Secession - The group is divided into teams and given clues and challenges related to their own company, the history of the location in which the event is being held, and the area around them. It's like a combination of a race, a walking tour, and a crossword puzzle. It's fun, high energy, and challenging (but everyone comes together at the end -- Reconstruction.).
• Debrief and Application Discussion

- Dinner Together -

Day 2 Morning:

- Continental Breakfast -

• 7 Ways to Gain Enthusiastic Cooperation from People
• Problem-Solving and Meeting Facilitation
• 7 Ways to Coach and Motivate Others
• Anchoring Positive Behavior in Others
