high energy outdoor training

Day 1 Afternoon:
 Exercise: How well do you know your coworkers?
- This is a high energy competition to find
out who knows the most about his/her coworkers
and to find out more about each person. It's
fun and hilarious at the same time.
- Outdoor Exercise: The Liberty Run - The group
is divided into teams and given clues and
challenges related to their own company,
the history of the location in which the
event is being held, and the area around
them. It's like a combination of a race,
a walking tour, and a crossword puzzle. It's
fun, high energy, and challenging.
- Debrief and Application Discussion
