Each of us has characteristics that make
us different from others, and each of us
has strengths that help us succeed. This 4-hour workshop helps team members identify their dominant
personality traits and strengths so that
communication with and the ability to gain
cooperation from others is easier.
Ever wonder why...
- Some people want to get right to the point
while others elaborate?
- Some people make decisions at once while
others are cautious?
- Some people focus on recognition, while other
focus on results?
- Some people never do what you ask while others
do it quickly?
|
Communicate and Cooperate with those around
you better by understanding why they do the
things they do.
This workshop explains
why these things happen
and how to get better results.
During the program, each participant takes
a short personality test that indicates what
their dominant personality style is. Then,
as a group, we examine (in a fun way) the
strengths and weaknesses of each style, and
how each style can most efficiently interact
with the personality temperaments of others
in the workshop.
