Build-A-Bike ®

Make Your Next Meeting Fun!

“We really enjoyed our event and thought Damian did an excellent job facilitating. I thought we were going to just build a bike, but it ended up being an amazing team-building event! We could not be happier and we will definitely use you again in the future.”

– Katie Foster

“Several of our executives wanted to do this. Very touching and powerful. Thank you!”

– Matthew Laker

“I personally think the afternoon went very well and was enjoyable and thought-provoking for the entire group.  The program is so different than any other team-building exercise I have been involved in in the past, hits on all levels of communication, hands on, teamwork, non-work related enough for folks to relax but still is easily relatable to the day-to-day. And the donation portion at the end is just such a great touch.”

– Hannah Hamilton

“Absolutely the BEST event EVER! Working with Chris and Bill in getting this event on our calendars was flawless. Chris was a GREAT leader. He made the event fun for ALL. Thank you thank you thank you!”

– Lori Conrads

“Amy Maybury was an absolutely incredible facilitator for our Build A Bike activity! She was energetic, funny and very helpful during our activity. She kept our people very engaged and we had our teams leaving the activity knowing one another better and having a great time. The CEO of our company even took time out of his busy schedule to come and help build bikes! We can’t thank Amy enough for bringing our associates more closely together and also providing us with an amazing activity that provides to our local community. Again, we can’t thank Amy enough or speak too highly of her. She is the best! Thank you, Amy!”

– Victoria Fuentes

“Our bike building event was wonderful and everyone who participated said it was the best event at our annual meeting! Thank you all for making this event so easy to plan and facilitate!”

Make An Impact On Your Local Community!

Key Highlight

The highlight of every Build-A-Bike Team Building Event ® is giving back to the community. We often partner with local Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA’s, and foster family agencies. The children who receive these bikes would not have a bike otherwise. Giving them a bike is like opening a whole new world for them and really expanding their childhood experience. There is absolutely nothing like watching a child get a bike for the first time! We have donated over 4 million dollars in bikes to communities all over the world and we want you to be apart of this amazing opportunity.

What Happens in a BAB?

First, the group is divided into teams of about 6 – 8 people. Each team must quickly come together to form a strong team and work together to solve puzzles and problem-solve to acquire the tools & parts to build a bicycle.Teams tend to quickly discover that, in order to succeed, they must break out and work together as a team. The ultimate takeaway is that we accomplish more when we work together. Our original Bike Team Building Event will be the most fun that your team has while working!
