Salesforce hosted a Build-A-Bike charity team building event at The Mountain Terrace in Woodside, CA, right outside San Jose on August 25th. This gathering closed their two-day leadership summit in Woodside, bringing together management, operations, and the AI Research team. In a scenic outdoor setting, one hundred participants collaborated, laughed, and built fourteen bicycles that all were donated straight to Joshua’s Gift, an amazing organization that helps autistic children.

Salesforce Employees Join for a Build-A-Bike Team Building Event in San Jose, California
The Build-A-Bike event gave Salesforce leaders a chance to connect outside the boardroom. Working in teams, they relied on communication, collaboration, and creativity to complete each challenge. The scenic outdoor venue provided a refreshing environment that fueled camaraderie and energized participants across all the departments. Together, they embraced the hands-on experience, ultimately assembling fourteen brand-new bicycles for donation.
The bicycles were donated to Joshua’s Gift, an organization that supports the Autism community. Mizpah from Joshua’s Gift spoke to the group, inspiring everyone with the charity’s mission. Two volunteers also helped load and transport the bikes. Salesforce’s commitment to giving back resonated throughout the day, leaving a lasting impact on both participants and the community.
