Centered around the theme “Level Up,” the activity provided an exciting and engaging way for staff to bond. At the same time, giving them a chance to support a local cause. The group built items to be donated to Powhatan County Public Schools. Additionally, the superintendent in attendance to express his gratitude and foster a meaningful connection with the Sands Anderson team.

At their Richmond office, 50 Sands Anderson employees participated in an Amazing Builders event. This year, it was as part of their annual all-staff meeting. The event was aimed at fostering connections between newer employees and longstanding team members, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie around the theme of “Level Up.” Participants were divided into teams and tasked with building useful items for local students, promoting teamwork and friendly competition. The event provided a fun, hands-on opportunity for the team to strengthen relationships and celebrate the firm’s recent growth.
The event concluded with the donation of the assembled items to Powhatan County Public Schools.
