👍 A Great Way to Reward Your Team and Community.
📊 Improves Virtual Communication and Problem Solving.
This is the virtual version of the world-famous Build-A-Bike ® team building activity. This version has all the team building as the original and an even more emotional ending!
First, the participants (the team members on the Zoom call) are virtually introduced to the kids who will be receiving the bikes. Next, each team works together to solve virtual team challenges. As they complete a task, their child receives another bicycle part.
Our instructors and charity representatives help the kids build their bikes. And the teams finish the virtual meeting, watching the kids ride around on their brand new bicycles!

Wait, wait, wait… How Do You Build-A-Bike ® on a Zoom Meeting?
The beauty of this virtual event is that your entire team can participate from their home offices. We ship the bicycles, helmets, and tools directly to the charity. We also send an instructor to the charity. This instructor plays emcee at the location and helps the kids build the bicycles.
Meanwhile, we have a second instructor hosting the virtual meeting. This instructor adds some comedy and introduces the participants to the team activities. As the teams solve challenges as a group, more and more bike pieces are revealed. (And the instructor at the charity hand-delivers each piece to each kid.)
The instructor at the charity also pops into each breakout room to share their kids’ progress. Once all the bikes are safety checked, the participants get to see, first-hand, each kid riding their bike for the first time!
