Please note that this policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including physical products (e.g., books or merchandise), digital products (e.g., online courses or downloadable resources), and services (e.g., in-person or virtual events, workshops, or training programs). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Physical Products (e.g., Books, Merchandise)
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, opened software, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned.
- Refund Process:

- Ship the item back to us at your expense (unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover return shipping).
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees. Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Our services often involve advance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, so cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancellation Window:
- Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) if canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event or start date.
- 50% refund if canceled between 15-29 days prior.
- No refund if canceled within 14 days of the event, but we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion.
- Rescheduling or Transfers: If you need to reschedule or transfer your registration to another participant, contact us at least 15 days in advance. We will accommodate where possible, subject to availability and without additional fees.
- Event Cancellations by Us: If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or low enrollment), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
