Brightway Insurance Executive Team Unites for Hopeful Horizons Event in Jacksonville Beach, Florida

The Hopeful Horizons event provided an ideal opportunity for Brightway’s executive team to strengthen their leadership connections, particularly valuable for integrating new executive team members. Set against the backdrop of Jacksonville Beach at the Margaritaville Beach Hotel, the charitable activity served as the perfect conclusion to their leadership meeting, allowing executives to transition from strategic discussions to collaborative team building with purpose.

During the event, participants engaged in light-hearted challenges that fostered team spirit while assembling backpacks filled with toiletries, blankets, and other essential items for teens who are often overlooked by the foster system. The activity resonated strongly with the executive team, exemplified by the CEO’s enthusiastic response and immediate commitment to schedule another team building event for their next leadership meeting in Charlotte. The positive experience left a lasting impression on all participants, who departed with strengthened connections and the satisfaction of knowing their collaborative efforts would directly benefit vulnerable youth through the Youth Crisis Center.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Brightway Insurance for their generous donations to teens in need. We’d also like to thank the Youth Crisis Center for their continued dedication to providing support and resources to vulnerable young people in the community.
