SearchStax Ace Race® Event in El Segundo, CA
SearchStax participated in an Ace Race® charity team building event in El Segundo, California. With sixty-five participants, the event served as their “year in review” end-of-year gathering. Some employees had previously participated in a Build-A-Bike® event in June, creating a sense of continuity in their team-building efforts. The event took place at their corporate headquarters on Continental Boulevard, where teams competed in a fun and energetic mini-golf challenge that doubled as a food drive for a local charity.

SearchStax Employees Compete in Ace Race® Event in El Segundo, California
The Ace Race® event provided an exciting opportunity for SearchStax employees to showcase their creativity and teamwork. Teams constructed an entire mini-golf course using non-perishable food items like canned goods and boxed meals. The event’s dynamic pace required flexibility, with timing adjustments made on the fly to ensure an optimal experience for all participants. The competitive atmosphere was heightened by creative team names, including “Shooter McGavin’s” for the Happy Gilmore fans in attendance.
One of the highlights of the day was an incredible putt-off between two teams competing for 7th and 8th place, which initially ended in a tie and required a second round to determine the winner. This moment exemplified the energetic and fun environment that characterized the entire event. The team-building activity successfully kicked off their end-of-year gathering with high spirits and camaraderie.
