The event began with a brief team name exercise, allowing participants to showcase their creativity and build initial connections. Despite space limitations with a room configured for traditional seating, teams demonstrated remarkable adaptability. They used outdoor spaces for bicycle assembly, ensuring the success of the activity despite the condensed timeframe.

Through efficient coordination and teamwork, the AARP employees successfully completed their bike-building challenge. Overall, it showcased their ability to collaborate effectively even under time constraints. They donated the completed bicycles to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington DC, which supports local youth in the community.

A heartfelt thank you to AARP for their commitment to community service and to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington DC for their continued support of local children.
