TrachMar Employees Unite for Build-A-Bike® Event in Austin, Texas

At the scenic Inn Cahoots venue in Austin, the TrachMar team participated in activities designed to break down silos, foster accountability, and instill openness to new processes. The event helped the remote team who had felt disjointed amidst organizational changes. All in all, it allowed them to come together in person to bond and build a foundation for a more cohesive future.

The event culminated in the Build-A-Bike® activity, where the team collaborated to construct bicycles. They then donated them to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Austin. The experience further united the group as they shared laughs, hugs, and a sense of accomplishment in giving back to the community.

We extend our gratitude to TrachMar for their bicycle donation and dedication to strengthening their team. Special thanks as well to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Austin for their valuable community service.
