Aspect Energy hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event at their Denver, Colorado office. Forty-five employees came together to build bikes for children in need through the Boys and Girls Club. All while reinforcing their company’s core values of performance, integrity, and growth. The event provided a unique opportunity for team bonding, culminating in a happy hour to celebrate their hard work and contributions.

Aspect Energy employees build bikes for local children in Denver, Colorado
The Build-A-Bike® event was designed around Aspect Energy’s core values. Thus, each participant wore a matching shirt displaying “performance,” “integrity,” and “growth” on the back. These values guided the team through a series of competitive yet collaborative challenges, where employees worked together to assemble bicycles. The atmosphere was filled with energy and camaraderie. Overall, participants embraced the opportunity to give back while strengthening their bonds as a team.
Once the bikes were completed, the team transitioned into a relaxed happy hour at the office. This allowed for continued team bonding and celebration of their accomplishments. The bicycles were donated to children through the Boys and Girls Club, helping to support local families in need. This event not only reinforced Aspect Energy’s commitment to community engagement but also provided a fun and meaningful way for employees to live out the company’s values in a hands-on way.
