PepsiCo Warehouse Team Unites Through Build-A-Bike® in Carlisle, Pennsylvania
The event began with an engaging classroom session reviewing company values and principles. The warehouse team’s close-knit, family-like dynamics created an atmosphere filled with humor and camaraderie, making the values discussion both enjoyable and meaningful.
During the bike-building portion, teams discovered how PepsiCo’s principles directly connected to the assembly process. This revelation enhanced the experience’s impact, combining practical team building with core company values. The completed bikes were donated to Camp YoliJwa, extending the event’s positive influence into the local community.
We thank PepsiCo’s Carlisle warehouse team for their enthusiastic participation and generous contribution. Special appreciation to Camp YoliJwa for their partnership in this initiative.
