The Build-A-Bike® event was strategically positioned at the conclusion of Summit 7’s all-company meeting. All in all, it provided a perfect opportunity to put their company values into action. Having previously experienced the impact of Build-A-Bike®, Vince Lombardo was eager to bring this meaningful team-building experience to his Summit 7 colleagues. The surprise announcement energized the team, who quickly embraced the chance to combine team building with community service.

Teams worked together with enthusiasm, knowing their efforts would bring joy to foster youth during the holiday season. The event took on special significance as participants realized they were creating Christmas surprises for children through Kids to Love, a local organization supporting foster youth. The combination of Summit 7’s strong company values and the holiday spirit resulted in an especially meaningful experience that went beyond typical team building, creating lasting impact for both the participants and the children who would receive the bikes.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Summit 7 for their dedication to both team development and community service. Special thanks to Kids to Love for their crucial work supporting foster youth and helping make this holiday season brighter for children in need.
