Twenty engineers from across the country came together to strengthen team bonds while making a positive impact in their community. The event successfully combined professional development with community outreach. Thus culminating in the donation of four new bicycles to TNT Kids, a local charitable organization serving Fargo’s youth.

The Build-A-Bike® event brought together Ulteig’s engineering professionals from various locations across the United States, creating a unique opportunity for cross-team collaboration. The gathering demonstrated the same commitment to excellence that characterizes their engineering projects, with participants approaching the team building challenges with enthusiasm and creativity. The event particularly shone during the cheer and flag contest, where teams displayed both their creative spirits and collaborative abilities.
