Amidst the scenic surroundings of the El Conquistador Hilton, the team from Vertex Aerospace came together to partake in a unique challenge. Having immersed themselves in rigorous leadership training, the Build-A-Bike® event was a refreshing change of pace. These brilliant minds, confident in their analytical abilities, believed they could swiftly navigate through the task of answering questions contained in envelopes to procure bike parts.
However, as the event progressed, a valuable lesson emerged. Despite their individual brilliance, the engineers realized the paramount importance of collaboration. While they initially banked on their intelligence to get through the tasks, it soon became evident that the essence of the challenge was to rely on teammates. The smiles, laughter, and occasional light-hearted debates only added to the event’s charm, making it an unforgettable experience for all.
