Vocational Guidance Services’ Energetic Amazing Builders Event in Cleveland, Ohio

The Amazing Builders event enhances teamwork and leadership skills among the VGS staff. Participants divided themselves into teams and faced the challenge of navigating through an indoor obstacle course while blindfolded, relying on the guidance of their teammates. This activity not only tested their trust and communication skills but also emphasized the importance of leadership in overcoming obstacles.

The high-spirited nature of the event matched the profound purpose behind it. After successfully completing the course, teams collected various items to be donated, which this year included valuable resources for the West Park – Fairview Family YMCA in Cleveland. This added a meaningful layer to the event, aligning with VGS’s ethos of supporting the broader community.

The partnership with West Park – Fairview Family YMCA exemplifies VGS’s dedication to extending their impact beyond their direct services. The donated items from the obstacle course will aid the YMCA in its mission to strengthen community well-being.

We express our sincere gratitude to Vocational Guidance Services for their commitment to team building and community service. The collaboration with the West Park – Fairview Family YMCA also deserves special recognition for their continuous efforts in serving the local community.
