Ategrity Team Members Unite For Build-A-Bike® Charity Bike Build Event in Cleveland, Ohio
Representatives from across the East Coast came together in Cleveland for this company-wide meeting. While many participants worked in different locations, the event created an opportunity for everyone to connect in person. The Build-A-Bike® program added an energetic and interactive element to the meeting, encouraging participants to work together outside of their typical day-to-day responsibilities.
Teams tackled challenges, shared ideas, and worked toward a common objective throughout the event. As the competition unfolded, participants built relationships while earning the parts needed to assemble bicycles. The activity kept the group engaged and created plenty of opportunities for conversation and collaboration. By the end of the program, the room was filled with a sense of accomplishment as the completed bikes began to take shape.
The bicycles were donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio. Although the charity representatives kept the presentation brief, the impact of the donation was clear. The completed bikes will help local children create lasting memories while enjoying the freedom and excitement that comes with receiving a new bicycle. The donation provided a meaningful conclusion to an event that combined teamwork with community support.
We give a big thank you to Ategrity for their donation to children in need. We’d also like to thank the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio for helping connect these bicycles with deserving children throughout the community.
