TMNAS brought 100 sales representatives together for an Ace Race® team-building event in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. The event was held at a golf resort on Aug. 4, as part of the company’s annual sales meeting. The gathering gave the team a chance to relax and reconnect away from the daily routine. The event ended with a food donation to The Patrician Society.
Tokio Marine North America Services (TMNAS) is a professional services company within the Tokio Marine Group. They provide finance, accounting, IT, legal, human resources, and other back-office solutions to the insurance group’s North American operations from its Philadelphia headquarters.
TMNAS Sales Team Reconnects at Ace Race® Team-Building Event During Annual Meeting
This annual gathering brings sales representatives together for a chance to step away from the daily routine and reconnect as a team. Our instructor built the Ace Race into a meeting agenda that already combined fun with more serious business. The existing agenda included reviewing company values, running through training, and celebrating the year’s shared accomplishments in an inspiring setting.
That mix of competition and camaraderie gave the sales team a high-energy break in the middle of a meeting built around strengthening relationships. It also gave the group a meaningful way to close out the day together.
The event wrapped up with the team donating food to The Patrician Society, a food cupboard in nearby Norristown, PA. They work to meet the basic needs of economically disadvantaged adults, children, and families in the surrounding community.
