Amphenol Build-A-Bike® Event in Montreal, Quebec
Amphenol, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of electronic components, brought 80 senior leaders together for a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event at the Humaniti Hotel in Montreal, Quebec. After two days of leadership training and corporate review, the team capped off their gathering by building bicycles for local children in need. Thus, creating a memorable and impactful experience for all involved.

Amphenol leaders unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Montreal, Quebec
The Build-A-Bike® event served as a fitting conclusion to Amphenol’s leadership meeting. In total, 80 senior executives rolled up their sleeves and collaborated to build bicycles. The activity promoted teamwork and communication, allowing participants to bond while working toward a shared goal. The enthusiasm in the room was palpable. Everyone jumped into the task, eager to contribute to the fun and meaningful project.
The completed bicycles were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal, a local organization dedicated to supporting children through mentorship programs. Amphenol’s donation will directly benefit kids in the community, offering them new opportunities for fun and mobility. The event was not only a great team-building exercise but also a chance for the company to give back to the community in a meaningful way.
