BRR Architecture Hopeful Horizons Event Near Kansas City, MO
BRR Architecture recently held a Hopeful Horizons team-building game at their Overland Park, KS, office. There, 55 team members from across the U.S. gathered for a day of purpose-driven collaboration and coaching. On a Saturday morning, BRR’s employees came together with high energy. They assembled and donated duffle bags filled with essential supplies for individuals supported by CASA of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties. Despite it being the weekend, the spirit of enthusiasm and commitment filled the atmosphere. All in all, it underscored BRR’s values of teamwork and community impact.

BRR Architecture Team Comes Together for Hopeful Horizons Event in Overland Park, Kansas
The Hopeful Horizons event provided BRR’s team with a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and give back. Participants worked in groups to complete engaging activities that emphasized communication, coaching, and cross-office collaboration. The main goal was to assemble duffle bags filled with essential items, from toiletries to blankets, which would provide comfort to individuals in need. Overall, the interactive exercises created an atmosphere of shared purpose. Thus, allowing team members to engage in meaningful discussions and bond through hands-on teamwork.
At the event’s conclusion, the team donated the assembled duffle bags to CASA of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties. This charity is dedicated to advocating for the well-being of children in the foster care system. The organization was delighted to receive the donations, which will directly benefit local children and families. For BRR Architecture, the Hopeful Horizons event was a powerful way to reinforce their mission of community care, offering team members a chance to contribute to a cause close to their hearts.
