Exxon Mobil Participates in Charity Bike Building Event in Houston, TX

Exxon Mobil participated in a Build-A-Bike® charity bike building event in Houston, TX. With fifteen participants gathering at Sesh Coworking, the team demonstrated that size doesn’t limit spirit. All twelve active participants worked together with enthusiasm to overcome challenges and build bicycles for local children. Their collaborative efforts resulted in four bikes being donated to the local YMCA. They then distributed them as Christmas presents through their Angel Tree program.

Exxon Mobil Employees Unite for Build-A-Bike® Event in Houston, Texas

The Build-A-Bike® event provided an excellent opportunity for the Exxon Mobil team to strengthen their bonds and communication skills. Despite being a relatively small group, the team demonstrated remarkable energy and enthusiasm throughout the activity. Hosted at Sesh Coworking in Houston, the venue offered a comfortable and engaging space for the team to connect and work together toward a common goal.

Throughout the event, the twelve participants engaged wholeheartedly in solving various challenges. They showcased the same problem-solving skills and determination that drive Exxon Mobil’s success in the energy sector. Team members joyfully collaborated, bringing their diverse perspectives and skills together to overcome obstacles. The positive atmosphere fostered during the event allowed team members to connect on a personal level. All, of course, while working toward a meaningful charitable objective!

By the conclusion of the Build-A-Bike® event, the Exxon Mobil team had successfully assembled four bicycles, demonstrating that quality teamwork can yield significant results regardless of group size. These bicycles were donated to the local YMCA to be distributed through their Angel Tree program as Christmas presents for children in need. This charitable component added a deeply meaningful dimension to the team building activity, allowing Exxon Mobil employees to make a direct positive impact on their community during the holiday season.
