Fidelity organized a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Covington, KY. Sixteen managers from a newly integrated team structure participated in this event. Although some team members knew each other, many were meeting and working together for the first time. This event provided a valuable opportunity for team members to learn about one another and collaborate in a fun and meaningful way.

The Build-A-Bike® event was a significant occasion for the Fidelity team, offering an excellent platform to enhance communication skills and build camaraderie. The event saw sixteen people managers coming together to strengthen their newly integrated team structure. The picturesque venue provided an inspiring environment for the team to engage and connect.
During the event, teams raced against each other to assemble bicycles correctly. The competitive spirit was high, and participants were enthusiastic about working together toward a common goal. This shared experience not only brought out the true personalities of the team members but also helped foster a sense of unity and accomplishment. The positive energy and teamwork were evident as the participants collaborated to build bikes for a worthy cause.
The highlight of the event was the donation of the assembled bicycles to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati. The charity, dedicated to supporting children in need, received the bicycles with gratitude.
