During the Build-A-Bike® event, FordDirect employees worked together in morning and afternoon sessions, assembling bicycles that would be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan. The event culminated in a heartwarming moment when both groups of employees, including interns who played a key role in promoting the initiative, gathered to witness the charity accept the donation. The shared experience not only strengthened team bonds but also demonstrated FordDirect’s commitment to giving back to the community.
