Horizon Ag-Products Build-A-Bike® Event in Colorado Springs, CO
Horizon Ag-Products hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team-building event at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This event, held on the final day of a two-day management conference, brought together 29 members of Horizon Ag-Products’ leadership team. They worked collaboratively to build four bicycles. They then donated them to Charity’s Hope Community Resource, a local organization supporting children in need. The activity provided a memorable way for the team to bond while giving back to the community.

Horizon Ag-Products management team builds bikes for Charity’s Hope Community Resource in Colorado Springs, Colorado
The Build-A-Bike® event at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort offered a unique opportunity. Namely, that it allowed Horizon Ag-Products’ management team to wrap up their conference with a fun and engaging team-building activity. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Colorado Springs, the group of 29 employees worked together to assemble four bicycles. The challenge encouraged teamwork and communication, allowing the group to strengthen their bonds while working toward a shared goal. This activity aligned with Horizon Ag-Products’ values of collaboration and innovation.
At the conclusion of the event, the assembled bikes were donated to Charity’s Hope Community Resource, a local nonprofit organization that supports children and families in need. The donation brought smiles to the faces of those involved and showcased Horizon Ag-Products’ dedication to making a positive impact beyond the agricultural industry. The partnership with Charity’s Hope allowed the management team to not only strengthen their relationships but also give back to the local community in a meaningful way.
