Hoss Rentals Build-A-Bike® Event in Watford City, ND
Hoss Rentals hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Watford City, ND as part of their Christmas celebration. With sixty participants including staff members and their families, the festive gathering combined holiday cheer with community service. The event featured prime rib dinner from Outlaw Steakhouse, an open bar, and a customized team building activity. All in all, it resulted in eight bicycles being donated to local children through the Elks Lodge Angel Tree program.

Hoss Rentals Employees Spread Holiday Cheer with Build-A-Bike® Event in Watford City, North Dakota
The Christmas party began with an open bar, creating a relaxed and festive atmosphere for the Hoss Rentals team. As staff members arrived with their families, including six newborns—two sets of twins among them—the event took on a warm, family-oriented tone. The Outlaw Steakhouse provided a delicious prime rib dinner, setting the stage for an evening of connection and giving back to the community.
This time, the Build-A-Bike® program was customized to accommodate the family-friendly nature of the gathering. The facilitators adapted the activities to encourage casual conversation and fun interactions. Thus allowing team members and their families to enjoy each other’s company while working toward a common charitable goal. Together, the Hoss Rentals team successfully assembled eight bicycles, demonstrating their collaborative spirit even in a festive setting. They donated the bicycles to the Angel Tree program, sponsored by the local Elks Lodge. The Elks Lodge ensured that children in need would receive special gifts for the holiday season.
