The Amazing Builders event provided a playful and engaging way for Ignite Digital’s remote employees to reconnect. Divided into teams, participants navigated blindfolded obstacle courses while guided by their teammates, using problem-solving and communication to collect backpack donations. The team’s energy was palpable, what began as a rowdy group quickly turned into a focused and collaborative crew. The event created an ideal space for them to engage in healthy competition while strengthening their camaraderie.
Beyond the fun and excitement, the event had a powerful purpose. Each team earned and filled backpacks with school supplies to be donated to HomeStart, a nonprofit that supports families and children in vulnerable situations. Although HomeStart’s representative Mark couldn’t attend in person, he sent a heartfelt thank-you video that deeply resonated with the group. The backpacks were donated just in time for HomeStart’s Back-to-School drive, ensuring local children would start the school year with the tools they need to succeed.
