Thirty participants, who had worked together but never met face-to-face due to being in different buildings, came together for this event. The aim was to enhance teamwork and communication while giving back to the community. The bicycles assembled during the event were donated to Neighbors in Action, a local charity.

The Build-A-Bike® event at JP Morgan Chase’s New York office was a unique opportunity for employees from different buildings to meet and collaborate in person. The event’s location, at the heart of New York City, provided an energetic and vibrant atmosphere that further fueled the participants’ enthusiasm and team spirit.
Participants were divided into teams and raced to assemble bicycles, competing to be the first to complete their bikes correctly. This friendly competition fostered a sense of unity and collaboration. The finished bicycles were then donated to Neighbors in Action, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of local children and families. The participants’ efforts not only promoted teamwork but also brought joy and support to those in need.
