NEPPA Energizes Conference with First Team Building Event in Worcester, Massachusetts
As part of their initiative to “shake things up,” NEPPA incorporated the Build-A-Bike® event into their Energy Connect conference. The activity brought together representatives from various utility sectors, fostering connections beyond traditional conference networking.
Teams collaborated to assemble bicycles for local children, creating a unique opportunity for utility professionals to work together in a hands-on environment. The event demonstrated how NEPPA’s commitment to serving communities extends beyond power distribution to direct charitable impact.
We thank NEPPA for choosing Build-A-Bike® for their first team building initiative and for their contribution to local youth.
