Porsche Consulting employees unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Atlanta, Georgia
The Build-A-Bike® event at Porsche Consulting’s Atlanta office was a highlight of their corporate weekend meeting. Employees, many of whom work remotely, gathered in person to focus on collaboration and teamwork. The event began with a custom icebreaker designed around Porsche Consulting’s seven leadership principles, setting the tone for a day of reflection on these core values. Teams were then challenged to work together to assemble bicycles in a friendly, competitive atmosphere. Laughter, learning, and teamwork were in full swing as participants strengthened their ability to rely on and support one another.
The teams finished the bikes and arranged to donate them to Hapeville Elementary School. Porsche Consulting’s commitment to giving back was on full display as the team enthusiastically completed 10 bikes for local children. The donation provided an opportunity for Porsche Consulting employees to make a lasting impact on the community. Additionally, it was a great opportunity to reinforce their leadership principles in action.
We would like to thank Porsche Consulting for their generosity and partnership, and extend our appreciation to Hapeville Elementary School for their work in supporting local children.
