The Rescue Bear® event was a creative and meaningful way to wrap up a day of intensive leadership training. Participants were divided into teams based on their leadership strengths. Then, they played in various team-building activities designed to enhance problem-solving skills and foster group cohesion. The culmination of these activities was the assembly of teddy bears. This provided the participants with an opportunity to create something tangible for a charitable cause.
The teams excelled in the challenges, demonstrating their ability to work together under pressure. All in all, it was a chance to use their diverse strengths to achieve common goals. Each completed bear was stuffed with care, ready to bring comfort and joy to a child at Boysville, Inc., a local organization dedicated to supporting children in need.
