RSM Build-A-Bike® Event in Las Vegas, Nevada

RSM recently hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the ARIA Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. This special gathering brought together 40 firm ambassadors from RSM’s African American and Canadian Excellence (AACE) employee network group, who participated in this event as part of their Dollars for Doers program. The event offered a meaningful opportunity for team members to connect while providing valuable community service.

RSM Ambassadors Unite for Build-A-Bike® Event in Las Vegas, Nevada

The Build-A-Bike® event was an integral part of RSM’s community-focused efforts, allowing ambassadors from the AACE employee network group to engage in a team-building activity that also gave back to the community. Held at the stunning ARIA Resort, the event coincided with the National Association of Black Accountants convention, which participants also attended at the nearby Vdara Resort.

During the event, participants collaborated to assemble six brand-new bicycles, strengthening their teamwork and communication skills in the process. The activity not only allowed the ambassadors to bond and share their diverse perspectives but also provided a tangible way to make a difference in the local community. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable as team members worked together, knowing their efforts would directly benefit children in need.

At the conclusion of the event, representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada were on hand to receive the six newly assembled bicycles. In addition to the bikes, the club will also receive a monetary donation through RSM’s Dollars for Doers program, which matches the time participants spent on the project with financial contributions. This generous initiative underscores RSM’s commitment to community service and its dedication to making a positive impact.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to RSM for their generosity and participation in the Build-A-Bike® event. A special thank you also goes to the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada for their ongoing efforts to support the youth in the community.
