AlixPartners Build-A-Bike® Event in Miami, Florida
AlixPartners recently hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. This gathering brought together 25 team members from the United States and South America. This was the first time the group met in person after a department-wide reorganization. The event was designed to foster camaraderie, encourage teamwork, and help colleagues feel more comfortable with each other. All in all, it certainly achieved its goals.

AlixPartners Unites for Build-A-Bike® Event in Miami, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event provided AlixPartners team members with a unique opportunity to strengthen their communication skills. At the same time, they built stronger connections following their department’s reorganization. The picturesque Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach served as an ideal backdrop, offering a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere for the team to bond.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in friendly competition as they raced to assemble bicycles. This hands-on activity not only helped them work together more effectively but also allowed them to showcase their individual strengths in a collaborative setting. The experience was both fun and fulfilling, leaving participants with a sense of accomplishment and a stronger sense of unity within the team.
The event concluded on a high note with the arrival of representatives from the Boys & Girls Club of Miami-Dade, who gratefully accepted the donation of four brand-new bicycles. This meaningful contribution will directly benefit children in the local community, furthering AlixPartners’ commitment to giving back. The Boys & Girls Club of Miami-Dade has long been a cornerstone of support for the area’s youth, and the organization’s involvement added an extra layer of significance to the event.
