The SageSure Insurance team gathered for a Hopeful Horizons charity team building event in Denver, CO. With 135 participants from various departments, the event aimed to strengthen teamwork among the diverse group while giving back to foster teens in need. This annual joint conference for SageSure Insurance partners took place at the stylish Limelight Hotel Denver, marking their third collaboration with TLI for team building activities.

SageSure Team Unites for Hopeful Horizons in Denver, Colorado
The Hopeful Horizons event brought together a diverse group of SageSure professionals from marketing, sales, underwriting, product development, expanded markets, and C-level executives. This mixed group enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to collaborate across departments while engaging in light-hearted challenges designed to foster team spirit. The elegant Limelight Hotel Denver provided an inspiring backdrop for this meaningful team building experience.
During the event, teams worked together to fill backpacks with toiletries, blankets, and other essential items for teens who often get overlooked by the foster system. As they assembled these crucial care packages, participants engaged in activities that helped them discover how different generations in the workplace prefer to communicate and receive coaching. The challenges encouraged improved verbal and nonverbal communication while creating a comfortable environment for introverted team members to open up and share their perspectives.
The collective efforts of the SageSure team resulted in valuable donations for Hope and Home foster agency, directly impacting the lives of foster teens in the Denver area. The meaningful charity component of the event aligned perfectly with SageSure’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, reinforcing their corporate values while strengthening internal bonds across departments.
