Schuler Management Team Unites for Build-A-Bike® Event in Plymouth, Michigan

The Build-A-Bike® event provided an ideal platform for Schuler’s international management team to strengthen their bonds during their annual meeting. St. Johns Resort in Plymouth offered an excellent venue for this global team to come together, fostering collaboration across cultural and geographical boundaries. The event demonstrated Schuler’s commitment to both team development and community engagement.

During the event, the international managers worked in teams to assemble bicycles, breaking down cultural barriers through shared purpose. This hands-on activity perfectly complemented their annual management meeting objectives, allowing leaders from different regions to interact in a meaningful way while contributing to a charitable cause. The experience helped unify Schuler’s global leadership team through collaborative problem-solving and philanthropic action.

Working with the YMCA, the event extended Schuler’s impact beyond their business operations into the local community. The assembled bicycles provided valuable resources to youth in the Plymouth area, demonstrating how international corporate collaboration can create positive local change.

We thank Schuler for choosing to enhance their annual management meeting with this meaningful charitable activity. Special thanks to the YMCA for their partnership in serving the Plymouth community.
