The Build-A-Bike® event was part of a larger town hall and group gathering. The event aimed at fostering stronger connections within ServiceNow’s partially remote team. After an engaging series of icebreakers and networking activities, the group of 30 Santa Clara-based employees split into smaller teams and embarked on the bike-building challenge. Initially, the competition was fierce, but the teams soon realized that collaboration would lead to faster and more successful outcomes.

As the teams worked together, they not only built six bicycles but also strengthened their bonds and improved their teamwork skills. The event culminated in a heartwarming moment when the completed bikes were donated to PAL Redwood City, a local charity. These bikes will support the organization’s PACE program, which encourages kids to engage in healthy recreational activities by getting them out into the community on bicycles.

We want to thank ServiceNow for hosting such a meaningful event and for their generous donation to PAL Redwood City. It was a pleasure to see their team come together for a day of fun, collaboration, and community support.
