Temporal Team Transforms Skepticism into Enthusiasm at Build-A-Bike® Event in Woodinville, Washington

The Build-A-Bike® event provided a perfect opportunity for the Temporal team to shift gears from their intense strategy discussions to hands-on collaboration. Despite initial skepticism, the team’s competitive spirit quickly emerged as they tackled the bicycle assembly challenges. Set against the backdrop of the picturesque Willows Lodge in Woodinville, the event created an environment where team members could interact in a different context, revealing new strengths and fostering deeper connections between colleagues.

During the event, teams competed to correctly assemble bicycles, transforming technical expertise into practical results with a meaningful purpose. The atmosphere was electric with enthusiasm as team members collaborated, problem-solved, and cheered each other on. What began as apprehension quickly evolved into wholehearted engagement, with the team building ten bicycles for children served by the Boys and Girls Club and Kings County Early Learning Centers. The tangible results of their teamwork—bicycles that would bring joy to local children—added a profound dimension to their year-kickoff meetings, connecting their daily work to community impact.

We extend our sincere thanks to Temporal for their generous contribution to children in need. We’d also like to thank the Boys and Girls Club and Kings County Early Learning Centers for their dedicated service to the community’s youth.
