Terra-Gen employees unite for Build-A-Bike® event in Mojave, California

The Build-A-Bike® event at Terra-Gen’s Mojave facility was an engaging and spirited affair. Participants from three different departments came together, reflecting the company’s commitment to teamwork and collaboration. The COO of Terra-Gen, who served as a judge for the event, praised the event’s structure for its effective team-building elements beyond just bike assembly.

During the event, teams competed to assemble bicycles, showcasing their problem-solving skills and cooperative spirit. The friendly competition brought out the best in everyone, as participants worked together to complete the task. Despite the competitive edge, the atmosphere was one of unity and shared achievement.

The highlight of the event was the donation of the newly assembled bicycles to the Boys & Girls Club of Oceanside. This gesture underscored Terra-Gen’s dedication to community service and making a positive impact. The charity was particularly grateful, as the bikes would bring joy and mobility to the children they serve.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Terra-Gen for their generous donation and to the Boys & Girls Club of Oceanside for their invaluable work in the community.
