YPO Gold Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter Build-A-Bike® Event in Baltimore, MD
The YPO Gold Washington DC & Baltimore Chapter (YPOG-WB) hosted a memorable Build-A-Bike® in Baltimore, MD. All in all, the event brought together 95 members for a day of family fun, teamwork, and community service. This special event, aimed at strengthening bonds within the YPOG-WB community and supporting The Y in Central Maryland, turned out to be a remarkable experience. The children had the joy of engaging alongside their parents, friends, and even two board members of the charity.

With a mission to foster friendships, lifelong connections, and personal and professional growth through unique “Only in YPO” experiences, the chapter is committed to making a large group feel closely connected. YPO Gold Members and Families Come Together for Build-A-Bike® in Baltimore, Maryland
The Build-A-Bike® event underscored the YPOG-WB’s commitment to fostering community connections and delivering extraordinary experiences. Families came together in a spirited atmosphere, working in teams to assemble bikes for children in need. The event was elevated by the presence of two board members from The Y in Central Maryland. Overall, the highlight was the arrival of the direct recipients of the bikes. It added a profound sense of purpose and joy to the occasion.
However, this gathering was not just about building bikes. It was a tangible manifestation of the YPOG-WB’s values of sharing, learning, and creating memories. By participating in this charitable endeavor, members and their families experienced firsthand the impact of their collective efforts on the community.
