On July 24th, the Auto Care Association hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Bethesda, MD. Forty-five employees gathered to participate in the community service portion of their summer in-person meeting. Ten of those participants traveled from out of town, coming together with the rest of their team for one of the first times in person. Bill, the President of the Association, attended and enjoyed watching everyone connect and have fun during the event.

Auto Care Association Comes Together for Build-A-Bike® Team Event in Bethesda, Maryland
The Build-A-Bike® event encouraged the Auto Care Association team to strengthen collaboration while giving back to the local community. Participants split into small groups to race against each other, solving challenges and assembling bicycles. The fast-paced activity brought with it laughter, creativity, and camaraderie among employees who rarely meet in person.
Each completed bike was donated to students from Orems Elementary School. Representatives Shat and William attended the event to thank the group personally. They spoke warmly about the school’s students and expressed gratitude for the donation. The energy in the room reflected both pride in teamwork and excitement about supporting children in need.
We sincerely thank the Auto Care Association for their generous donation to Orems Elementary School. We also thank Shat and William and the rest of the school for their continued partnership and dedication to local students.
