Overall, the event served as a memorable conclusion to their meeting, leaving participants energized and united.

Avant Healthcare Professionals Leaders Unite for Build-A-Bike® Event Near Orlando, Florida
The Build-A-Bike® event provided a unique opportunity for Avant Healthcare Professionals’ leadership team. Namely, that they could strengthen their relationships while giving back to the community. Held at their Maitland office, the event was designed to add a layer of excitement and camaraderie as the team wrapped up their meeting.
Throughout the event, the participants demonstrated exceptional teamwork as they collaborated to build bicycles for children in need. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm. High-fives, laughter, and positive energy echoed throughout the room. The event not only helped to reinforce the strong leadership qualities within the group, though. It also allowed team members to connect on a personal level, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.
At the conclusion of the event, the newly assembled bicycles were donated to the Federation of Families of Central Florida. This local organization is dedicated to supporting children and families facing mental health challenges. This donation will make a significant impact on the lives of the children served by the organization, providing them with much-needed resources and a source of joy.
