Azuria Water Solutions hosted a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event in Chesterfield, Missouri, as part of its annual Azuria University leadership program kickoff. This third cohort of emerging leaders came together to strengthen teamwork skills and support the local community. The event set a positive tone for their upcoming leadership training, and it featured a special guest from the Fathers and Family organization.

Azuria Water Solutions kicks off leadership training with Build-A-Bike® event in Chesterfield, Missouri
The Build-A-Bike® event served as the inaugural activity for Azuria University’s new leadership cohort. Twenty participants assembled bikes by working together, relying on strong communication and problem-solving skills—traits that will be referenced throughout their leadership development journey. Hosting the event at their Chesterfield location allowed new leaders to quickly build camaraderie in a familiar environment while embracing Azuria’s values of collaboration and community service
In addition to strengthening internal bonds, the event focused on giving back. Participants assembled bikes that were donated to Fathers and Family, a local charity that supports children and families in need. Mr. Slaughter from Fathers and Family personally accepted the donation, continuing a cherished tradition. His yearly visit and heartfelt remarks served as an inspiring reminder of the real-world impact of Azuria’s community efforts.
