Xerox Build-A-Bike® Event in Las Vegas, NV
Xerox brought breakneck energy to Las Vegas during their Fast Track Sales Summit with a Build-A-Bike® charity team building event at the ARIA Resort and Casino. 70 participants from across the U.S. and Canada came together to strengthen their cross-border synergy and support a terrific cause. This high-octane group assembled ten bicycles for local children supported by the Melvin Ennis Recreation Center in North Las Vegas.

Aligning with the excitement of Las Vegas’ Formula One partnership, the Build-A-Bike® activity was a high point of the summit. Designed to energize their schedule and promote team unity, the event brought together professionals from two countries for a unique and impactful experience. In the lively setting of the ARIA Resort and Casino, teams raced against the clock, assembling bikes with focus, laughter, and collaboration—qualities that fuel Xerox’s workplace.
At the heart of the event was a spirit of giving. The ten completed bikes were donated to the Melvin Ennis Recreation Center, which serves children and families in North Las Vegas. Above all, the group’s enthusiasm was palpable, and the impact of their efforts will be felt far beyond the event. However, for Xerox, this wasn’t just about team building—it was about creating a meaningful experience for everyone involved.
