Bank of America Charity Corporate Event in Santa Barbara, CA

Bank of America brought together more than 150 of its top-performing Global Personal Banking employees for a memorable Build-A-Bike® charity corporate team building event in Santa Barbara, California. The gathering served as the grand finale of a prestigious awards trip at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara, where high achievers from across the country came together to celebrate their success. While the trip recognized outstanding performance, the final event shifted the focus toward giving back. Through teamwork, competition, and plenty of enthusiasm, participants built 19 bicycles for children supported by Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families.

Bank of America Celebrates Success While Giving Back At Charity Corporate Team Building Event in Santa Barbara, California

This event brought together some of Bank of America’s highest-performing employees from across the nation. For many attendees, earning a spot on the awards trip represented months or even years of hard work and achievement. The Ritz-Carlton Bacara provided the perfect setting to celebrate that success.On the final day, participants kicked off the challenge. Teams raced through activities to earn the parts needed to assemble bikes. The competitive spirit that helped many attendees reach the top of their profession quickly emerged. Teams strategized, encouraged one another, and worked efficiently as the bicycles came together.

The event concluded with a donation presentation. Representatives from Casa Pacifica shared how the bicycles would benefit local children, helping connect the team’s efforts to a larger purpose. Kerra, who coordinated the pickup, helped ensure everything ran smoothly and brought great enthusiasm to the experience. The Build-A-Bike® provided a fitting conclusion to an already memorable trip. It allowed attendees to celebrate their accomplishments while creating something meaningful for children in the local community.
